此別墅型住宅空間規劃設計案，狹長形的建築量體共分為五個樓層，地下一樓為車庫，一樓為對稱配置的客、餐廳公共空間，二樓及三樓配置臥房及起居室，四樓內縮在三樓之上設置一和室，五樓為內縮的兒童遊戲室，全棟建築內部功能齊全，規劃詳盡。
入口玄關以鐵件與木質構築的展示櫃呈現入口意象，穿透性的特質延伸視覺軸線，後側以一實木地板抬升形成茶藝空間，異材質的結合剛柔並存。玄關將一樓劃分為左右兩室，右側為客廳，左側為餐廳。客廳主牆以淺褐色大理石切割面構築寧靜氛圍，沙發背牆以灰色板岩磚與不銹鋼條拼貼，紋理細緻。三維面運用強烈的線性感，擴大空間向度。天花上嵌柔和光源，整室揉合多種材質組構細膩質感與低彩度的多變。
餐廳主牆運用木質櫃體呈現，流露溫暖的家居氛圍。自然光透過牆面玻璃磚映射溫暖光源，餐桌以簡約的方形桌面構成，後側開放式廚房檯面以圓潤的線條化解其方正。整室潔白無瑕，開放式餐廚層次感分明。
主臥運用三種木質面飾，帶來穩定的力量，空間內部更規劃一開放式書房。次臥以白色隔柵背牆呈現直向而細膩的線條，窗邊臥榻更刻劃雅致的空間氛圍。和室運用日本建築樣式的圍爐里，強化日式風格。頂層兒童遊戲室運用高度變化與拼貼的地面設計帶來活潑的空間感。此案融合東方與西方，跳脫風格侷限。

The villa, as the subject of this residential interior design, has the rectangular architectural structure and the five floors, of which the B1 is the garage; the 1st floor is the public area containing the symmetrical living and dining room; the 2nd and 3rd floor have the bedrooms and parlor; the 4th floor is decorated with the recessed washitsu; the 5th floor has the recessed children’s playroom. The entire building design is thorough and satisfactory with its complete residential functions.
The captivating foyer decorated with the iron adornments and wood display cabinet delicately extends the scope of visual perception. The moment when the family members drinking teas on the slightly-elevated wood platform, adjoining the foyer on the back, is loose-fitting. The distinct materials constructing the foyer, display cabinet and wood platform remarkably consolidate the strong and gentle elements of style. The symmetrical public area, centering on the foyer, consists of the living room on the right and the dining room on the left. The light-brown marbles, decorated as the main wall in the living room, elegantly spawn the serene atmosphere. The grey slates and stainless steels, ornamented on the wall behind the sofa, disclose the fine textures. The intensive linear elements, comprehensively applied on the decorations of the ceilings, walls and floors, broaden the sense of sights. The recessed ceiling lights illuminate mildly. The divergent materials constituting the 1st floor decorations present the exquisite textures and diverse low-color saturations.
The wood wall cabinets, embellished as the main wall in the dining room, manifest the heart-warming ambience. The daylight filtering through the glass brick wall generates the softening aura. The square dining table is graceful. The sleek and open kitchen counter, on the other side, delicately moderates the square features.
